7th Grade Boys Basketball Wins

The junior high basketball teams played their 3rd game of the season last night at home. Both teams were looking for their first wins of the year. The 7th grade team got off to a slow start against the Columbia Raiders falling behind early 13-2. Going into the second half still down a good amount,

Boys Junior High Basketball Starts Tonight

The junior high boys basketball team will open their season today at home. The 7th grade team tips off at 5 PM and the 8th grade team will follow. They boys will host the Brooklyn Hurricanes. Go Dukes!

Junior High Basketball Tryouts

Junior High Basketball tryouts will be Wednesday October 18th at 3 PM in the MMS gym after school. Any 7th or 8th grade boys interested in trying out for the teams should come prepared to tryout and make sure that they have an up to date physical form.

Youth Basketball Sign Ups

Any boys and girls in grades K-6th interested in playing basketball this year are welcome to come to the McCormick Middle School cafeteria to sign up. There will be two dates available for sign ups. The Wellington Dukes Boys and Girls Basketball Programs will hold their annual youth basketball camp for boys and girls on May 30th through June 2nd. This camp welcomes students from the grades 3-8. Boys Basketball Tournament Update

The boys basketball team will travel to Rittman Friday. The Rittman Indians beat Triway last night and have advanced to the sectional finals to face the Dukes. The game will start at 7 PM at Rittman High School. Come out and support your Dukes!

Senior Night Against Keystone

The boys basketball team will have one final game before the OHSAA tournament. The Dukes play tomorrow, Friday, vs their rivals the Keystone Wildcats at home.
